I reached out to my neighbor Steve Seymour for assistance to list my residence as a rental and respectfully he was a literal used car salesman. I listened to vra podcast and it seemed like they were knowledgeable investors who are looking to assist people and make money while doing so. They clearly want to solely only make money and jack up peoples expenses. All promises, no guarantees and then when I started questioning his tactics, he stopped responding. He would open my texts and emails and not respond. I can see it on my end, he opened the email several times and did not respond. I reached out to a neighbor that knows him and she literally laughed at me. She said people know well enough not to speak to him or vra realty to begin with. I was stunned and confused. She told me that his arrogance and carelessness towards his neighbors and the borough of WC is pathetic and laughable but tolerated. They pay to have reviews removed or suppressed while paying for good ones too. Classic tactic that almost all businesses use when they need to cover their nonsense. I was genuinely genuinely disappointed and surprised by the entire interaction and conversations. I cannot in good conscience recommend these folks or their services. There are countless of other agents and brokerages that can assist in anything and everything real estate related.
