What He Brings to VRA Realty

Dave has been a full-time real estate professional in the Suburban Philadelphia region since 1985. Throughout his career, he has served clients and agents across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, as well as the prestigious Main Line communities. Over the years, Dave has worn many hats within the industry—including agent, office manager, and broker—which has given him a unique and comprehensive understanding of the business from every perspective.

His experience working alongside agents at all levels of their careers has helped shape his leadership style: practical, supportive, and focused on helping professionals succeed. As Pennsylvania Broker of Record, Dave will play an important role in guiding VRA Realty’s agents, ensuring regulatory excellence, and fostering the professional environment that allows agents to grow their businesses.

A History of Leadership

Dave is also widely respected for his leadership within organized real estate. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Tri-County Suburban Realtors, and has been actively involved in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels of the National Association of Realtors. His commitment to advancing the profession has also included many years of service on the Board of Directors of Bright MLS, one of the largest multiple listing services in the United States.

In recognition of his dedication and impact within the industry, Dave was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Chester County Association of Realtors—a prestigious award given to professionals who demonstrate exceptional service, leadership, and commitment to their peers.

More Than a Broker: A Pillar of the Community

Beyond his brokerage and association leadership, Dave is passionate about education and professional standards in real estate. He is a licensed mediator for the National Association of Realtors, helping resolve disputes within the profession, and a Certified Real Estate Instructor in Pennsylvania, where he has played a role in educating and mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.

Dave’s dedication to service extends well beyond the real estate industry. He has spent many years supporting youth sports programs in his community and volunteers his time with LaMancha Animal Rescue, an organization devoted to saving and caring for animals in need.

The Family Man

Family is also at the center of Dave’s life. He has been married to his wife Donna since 1978, and together they have built a wonderful family. Dave is the proud father of three sons and the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren, roles he considers among his greatest joys.
